Krzyżowa is a place where numerous threads of European history intertwine. In August 2026, for the twelfth time, internationally renowned musicians will meet with selected young artists from the European classical music scene. In a relaxed atmosphere, under the artistic direction of Viviane Hagner, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of musical works and prepare a chamber music program for the Krzyżowa-Music summer concerts and the subsequent concert tour.

To support the implementation of the Krzyżowa-Music festival, we are looking for interns to join our young and dedicated team as part of the organizational staff during the event, from August 12 to 31st, 2026.

Responsibilities:

Support in event management

• Festival organization

• Coordination of concert venues

• Social media management
   

Work in the artistic office:

• Score management

• Rehearsal coordination

• Artist support and transfer organization
   

Support for concert and event organization:

• Stage setup

• Lighting

• Ticket sales

• Audience management
   

Our Expectations:

• Knowledge of and interest in classical music

• Strong communication skills, openness, and interest in people and culture

• Reliability and ability to work in a team

• High stress resistance and readiness for intensive work

• Experience in page-turning for pianists

• Language skills: German and English (spoken and written); knowledge of Polish is an advantage

• Category B driving license and driving experience

• Studies in music/cultural management, musicology, cultural studies, or related fields

This internship is paid. Krzyżowa-Music covers travel, accommodation, and meals during the internship period.
