§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") specify the rules for the sale, reservation and return of tickets for events organized by Krzyżowa-Music and the specific rules for online sale of tickets and the rules for listeners' participation in events.

Whenever these Regulations refer to:
a) "event" - this shall be understood as concerts and other forms of statutory activity organized by Krzyżowa-Music, in which listeners participate;
b) "external organizer's event" - this shall be understood as events with participation of Krzyżowa-Music but organized by third parties based on separate agreements. Such events are not subject of those terms and conditions. ;
c) "tickets" - this shall be understood as a document confirming the right to enter a given event;

Whenever the Regulations refer to the website, this shall mean the website available at the following address:
www.krzyzowa-music.eu

The online ticket sales agreement is concluded in accordance with Polish law and in the Polish language. In the case of discrepancies between the Polish and English versions of the Regulations, the Polish version is binding.
§ 2 TICKET PURCHASE

Individual tickets can be purchased either online at www.krzyzowa-music.eu or in person at the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office (address: Krzyżowa 7, PL-58-112 Grodziszcze), during Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office opening hours from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 p.m. from 18 August 2025 till 7 September 2025, or one hour before the concert at the venue. Tickets for our concerts of external organizers can only be purchased at the addresses or websites of the external organizers and to their terms and conditions.

Ticket reservations for the Krzyżowa-Music Summer Concerts 2025 can also be made by e-mail to the address: tickets@krzyzowa-music.eu for concerts taking place not earlier than one week after the date of sending the e-mail. Placing an order by e-mail does not guarantee a reservation. After verifying the order, an electronic confirmation of the reservation together with an invoice is sent. Replies to e-mails are sent from Monday to Friday during the hours when reservations are accepted. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the Order within two days from the issue date.

In order to make a reservation, the following information must be provided:
a) date, time, concert title;
b) number of tickets;
c) type of tickets (regular or reduced);
d) names and first names;
e) e-mail addresses;
f) contact phone numbers;
If you refuse to provide the above data, it will not be possible to make a reservation.

If the person booking wants to receive a VAT invoice, it is necessary to supplement the above data with personal data/name of the company or institution to which the invoice is to be issued, address (street, postal code, city) and Tax Identification Number (NIP). The customer must report the wish to receive an invoice for the receipt to the seller before the document is issued from the cash register.

To book group tickets, please contact us by e-mail: tickets@krzyzowa-music.eu. The date of confirmation and purchase of tickets is agreed individually with the sales department depending on the type of concert and the size of the order.

Ticket reservations made in person, by phone or via e-mail are valid for 3 business days from the moment of receiving confirmation from an KM employee. You can pay for them within 3 business days in person at the Krzyzowa-Music Office or by bank transfer. After making the transfer, you should send its confirmation (PDF generated by the bank or a scan of the payment) to the following address: tickets@krzyzowa-music.eu. After the indicated deadline, the unpaid reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice to the Ordering Party. More information about payments:
§ 4 PAYMENTS.

One hour before the concert, the Ticket Office sells only tickets for the current concert.

In the case of concerts taking place outside of Krzyżowa, the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office is open only until three hours before the concert starts at the venue. One hour before the concert, the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office at the venue only sell tickets for the current concert.

The buyer is obliged to check the tickets immediately after purchasing them in terms of, among others: date, time, number and price.
§ 3 ONLINE TICKET SALES

Ticket sales for events organized by Krzyżowa-Music may take place in the form of online sales, which should be understood as independent purchase by the Buyer via the website www.krzyzowa-music.eu without prior reservation. In online sales, the rules for ticket sales specified in these Regulations apply, subject to the regulations below.

Online ticket reservations are not possible. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the Order within an hour of its creation via the chosen payment method or using other methods mentioned in this paragraph.

Payments for tickets are handled by Wix Payments.
-
Payment for the placed Order must be made within an hour of its creation via the chosen payment method, to which the automatic redirection occurs or using the payment link received in the email inbox. In the event of failure to pay within this time, the Order will be canceled.

If the Order is placed less than one hour before the start of the event selected by the Customer, Kryzowa-Music is not responsible for the duration of the transaction and is not responsible for late completion of the Order. In such a case, no refund for unused tickets is due.

Payment should be made using only the Wix Payments payment system. Making a regular transfer outside the Wix Payment system will result in the cancellation of the order.

If the Ordering Party's bank processes the payment but fails to provide confirmation before the event, the selected seats will be automatically released and made available for sale.

If the transaction does not take place despite the Ordering Party making a transfer, the refund procedure is handled by Wix Payments. In accordance with the Wix Payments regulations, the money withdrawn from the Ordering Party's account will be returned to the same bank account within 7 business days.

After making the payment, the Ordering Party will receive their ticket to the previously provided e-mail address. The ticket must be printed or saved on a mobile device, in high resolution, and presented to the ticket inspector at the entrance to the event, special event or external event, along with a document confirming a possible discount.

Krzyżowa-Music is not responsible for tickets delivered to an e-mail address that was incorrectly provided during registration.

The lack of a printed ticket or one that cannot be verified from a mobile device results in the inability to enter the event, special event or external event. The Krzyżowa-Music box office does not print tickets purchased online.

Online ticket sales for events taking place outside the Krzyzowa facilities are not possible one hour before the event. Tickets one hour before the concert can be purchased at the venue where the event takes place.

The buyer is obliged to check the tickets immediately after purchasing them in terms of, among others: date, time, number and price.

Individual persons can book up to 10 tickets at once. To book group tickets for more than 10 persons, please contact us by e-mail: tickets@krzyzowa-music.eu. The deadline for confirmation and purchase of tickets is agreed individually with the Ticket department depending on the type of concert and the size of the order.
§ 4 PAYMENTS

Payment for tickets at the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office can be made in cash only.

Please note that from the moment the transfer is made to the moment it is posted, it takes from a few hours to two full days, which is important for the validity of the reservation.

In the transfer title, please provide: name and surname of the person making the reservation, date and time of the event, number and types of tickets, and the reservation number sent in the confirmation email. In the case of payment for tickets for an organized group, please provide the name and surname of the person who made the reservation for the group, date and time of the event, number and types of tickets, and the reservation number sent in the confirmation email.

Tickets paid for by bank transfer can be collected during the opening hours of the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office, at the earliest after 2 days from making the transfer.

To collect a ticket for an event, please report to the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office no later than 30 minutes before its start. Krzyżowa-Music is not responsible for the inability to collect a ticket paid for by bank transfer due to a queue at the box office.
§ 5 ADMITTANCE TICKETS

Persons with a valid ticket for this event are authorized to participate in the event.
-
A ticket entitles the holder to a single entry to the event.
-
The ticket cannot be used in advertising and promotional campaigns (including competitions or lotteries) or for any other commercial purposes without the consent of Krzyżowa-Music.

In all concerts organized by Krzyżowa-Music, the seats are not numbered. Exceptions can occur for concerts organized by external organizer. In the case of halls with unnumbered seats, the concert participant may take the seat of their choice in the sector corresponding to the ticket category.

Krzyżowa-Music sells the following types of tickets (different conditions might apply for the external organizer's concert):
a) unnumbered ticket;
b) VIP ticket (not for regular sales);
c) reduced-price ticket;
d) group ticket (on demand, only);
Tickets differ in price and the conditions of their purchase or participation in the concert.

The following are entitled to purchase reduced-price tickets (different conditions might apply for external organizers' events):
a) pupils,
b) students (up to 26 years of age),
c) doctoral students,
d) pensioners,
e) retirees,
f) people with disabilities together with a companion,
g) teachers and students of music schools,
j) holders of the EURO<26 youth card,
A document confirming entitlement to a discount is checked before entering the concert hall. If a person presenting a discount ticket does not have a document confirming entitlement to a discount, they will not be allowed to enter the Hall and will be asked by the Krzyżowa-Music Audience Service to go to the Krzyżowa-Music Box Office to pay extra for the ticket.

A VIP ticket guarantees the seats in the reserved areas in the concert hall.

Groups of no less than 10 people are entitled to purchase group tickets. The tickets listed are not available for sale online and can only be purchased at the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket office by e-mail: tickets@krzyzowa-music.eu.

Krzyżowa-Music has the right to change the ticket price for events by a maximum of 20%, due to the increase in costs related to its organization.

Tickets may not be resold without the organizers's consent, particularly through auctions, bids, contests, or outside the sales points authorized by the organizer.

Krzyżowa-Music informs that, in accordance with Article 133 of the Polish Petty Offences Procedure Code (May 20, 1971, Journal of Laws 2019, item 821, as amended): “Whoever purchases tickets for artistic, entertainment, or sports events with the intention of reselling them for profit, or whoever sells such tickets for profit, is subject to arrest, restriction of liberty, or a fine. Attempting, inciting, or aiding and abetting are also punishable.”

Tickets purchased in violation of these Regulations, including unauthorized or illegal sources, are deemed invalid and do not grant entry to the Event.

The price indicated at the time the Buyer places the order is binding. All prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.
§ 6 COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

Persons filing complaints for concerts organized by Krzyżowa-Music are asked to contact us by e-mail at tickets@krzyzowa-music.eu. A scan of the tickets to which the complaint relates, the receipt/invoice number or another document confirming payment (bank transfer confirmation document, printout of a copy of the card payment confirmation from the payment terminal) and a detailed description of the problem should be sent to this address. The response time for a complaint is 21 business days.

Tickets can be returned no later than 3 business days before the concert. To do this, please contact the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office at tickets@krzyzowa-music.eu, where a refund will be made.

Refunds are made by bank transfer only or in cash, provided the cash register allows it. If payment for the returned goods was made using a payment card, the refund will be made to the payment card.

Refunds can be made on the basis of a fiscal receipt, invoice, bank transfer confirmation or a printout of a copy of the card payment confirmation from the payment terminal.

People who cannot return their tickets at the Krzyzowa-Music Ticket Office physically are asked to contact Krzyzowa-Music Ticket Office by e-mail tickets@Krzyżowa-music. This e-mail to include:
a) tickets and receipt/invoice that were sent as an attachment electronically, as well as the account number and all data required to make the transfer – in the case of online purchases;
b) scan of tickets and receipt/invoice or document confirming payment, as well as the account number and all data required to make the transfer.

The refund will be made within 21 days of Krzyżowa-Music receiving the original receipt documenting the purchase of a ticket for these events.
-
In the event of a change in the date or place of the concert (does not apply to concert halls within the Krzyżowa-Music facility in Krzyżowa), the refund can be made up to 3 business days before the concert.

In the event of a change in the date or place of the concert (does not apply to concert halls within the Krzyżowa-Music facility), Krzyżowa-Music is only obliged to refund the purchased ticket at the request of the Client and only for those concerts organized by Krzyżowa-Music. No refund for any change in the repertoire or performer. In the absence of a fiscal receipt/invoice or payment confirmation, other documentation confirming the purchase and the intention to make a refund should be prepared and an individual visibly consented to by a representative of the Sales Department.

A change of the concert venue within the Krzyżowa facility area is not grounds for a ticket refund.

Tickets for external organizer's events are refunded according to the external organizers Terms and Conditions.

Single tickets from the group pool can not be returned.
-
Refunds for educational concerts are regulated by separate rules provided in separate Regulations for educational projects.
-
In the event of a ticket being lost, the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office may print a duplicate provided that it receives proof that the Customer purchased a ticket for a given concert. This can be done by: providing the transaction number, presenting a payment confirmation or providing your name, which is in the reservation system (if the purchase was preceded by a reservation). The reprinted ticket is marked with the note "duplicate". Krzyżowa-Music may refuse to print a duplicate if there are uncertainties that the person requesting duplicate is indeed the owner of the ticket or if the Customer requests it less than 120 minutes before the concert.

In the event of an incorrectly made transfer (applies to payments made directly to the Krzyżowa-Music account without the use of Wix Payments), Krzyżowa-Music will not automatically refund the money to the Customer's account. This will only happen after reporting and describing the problem and providing all the data necessary to make the refund to the Customer's account. In this case, you cannot receive a cash refund at the Krzyżowa-Music Cash Register.

If a concert organized by Krzyżowa-Music is canceled or moved to another date or its place or time changes, the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office informs customers who purchased tickets for a given event by e-mail and/or phone, provided that the customer provided contact details when making the purchase.

If, despite attempts to contact the ticket holder, the Krzyżowa-Music Ticket Office staff fails to provide information about the changes and for this reason the customer does not arrive at the event, complaints will not be considered. Information about modifications is available on the Krzyżowa-Music website for the event.

Krzyżowa-Music is not responsible for errors provided by the customer in the contact details that prevent effective notification of changes or cancellation of the concert.

Krzyżowa-Music is not responsible if email or text message messages end up in SPAM folder

The Buyer may use out-of-court methods for resolving complaints and pursuing claims. This includes the option of mediation. Lists of permanent mediators and existing mediation centers are provided and made available by the Presidents of the competent District Courts. A Buyer who is a Consumer may also use out-of-court methods for resolving complaints and pursuing claims by submitting their complaint via the EU online ODR platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
§ 7 AUDIENCE ORGANIZATION RULES

Krzyżowa-Music events start on time, please arrive at Krzyżowa-Music event venue no later than 30 minutes before the start of the event. Take into consideration additional time for parking their vehicle.

After the start of the event, Krzyżowa-Music Staff has the right to refuse entry to a latecomer to the audience. A latecomer may enter the Venue only with the consent of the Krzyżowa-Music team and take a seat designated by the Krzyżowa-Music team member. A latecomer loses the guarantee of taking the seat the latercomer wants. In such a case, the ticket fee will not be refunded.

In the case of concerts with numbered seats, it is not permitted to change seats without the consent of the Krzyżowa-Music team, and in the case of designated zones - change the zone indicated on the ticket.

Please observe the rules of politeness and dress decently. Evening dresses are welcome but not required.

During the concert, please keep quiet and refrain from talking. We also ask you to supervise your children, especially those under 4. In the event of disturbing the peace of other participants in the event, the audience service reserves the right to admonish the participant or ask them to leave the Hall.

Recording, filming and photographing of events by listeners is prohibited without written consent from the Krzyżowa-Music team.
-
During the events, it is forbidden to use mobile phones and to turn them off, as well as to turn off the sound signals in other electronic devices.
-
Bringing animals, with the exception of guide dogs for people with disabilities, and bringing weapons, laser pointers, narcotics and alcohol, as well as other beverages or food to the event area is prohibited.

It is forbidden to consume any food or beverages during the events.
-
There is a total ban on smoking in the Krzyżowa-Music venues. The use of e-cigarettes, etc. is also prohibited.
-
In cases justified by safety reasons, the Krzyżowa-Music team reserves the right to refuse entry to a ticket holder, to request that the ticket holder leave the concert area and to take appropriate steps. This applies in particular to situations in which the participant is under the influence of stimulants (alcohol, drugs,…), disturbs order, behaves aggressively or in breach of these Regulations. In this case, the ticket holder is not entitled to compensation for the ticket.

A ticket holder who leaves the hall during the event may return only with the consent of the Krzyżowa-Music team and to the seats indicated by Krzyżowa-Music team. In this case, the ticket holder is not entitled to compensation for the ticket

Participants in the events may be exposed to noise levels that may cause hearing damage, as well as to the area affected by strobe lights. Please verify with the audience service before the concert whether effects may be used during the concert.

Prams and other vehicles (e.g. bicycles and scooters) are not allowed in the concert halls.

Using the cloakroom is mandatory.
-
Persons using the cloakroom are required to collect items left there immediately after the event.

Krzyżowa-Music reserves the right to cancel the concert, change the date, place, time, change the repertoire (program or artists if indicated) without giving reasons.

Krzyżowa-Music holds no responsibility for the objects left in the concert facilities.
§ 8 PERSONAL DATA

Personal data specified in paragraph 2, section 2, sub-items e–h are subject to protection provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) [hereinafter "GDPR"].

The administrator of personal data processed as part of making reservations and selling tickets is the Krzyżowa-Music gGmbH.

Krzyżowa-Music has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via e-mail: data@krzyzowa-music.eu.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of making reservations and selling tickets.

Personal data are collected on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter b or c (depending on whether the buyer is a natural person or another legal entity) and f (for the purposes of pursuing possible claims) of the GDPR.

Krzyżowa-Music does not transfer data to third parties.
-
Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the reservation and sale of tickets and additional activities related to them.
-
Personal data may be made available to third parties if this results from the provisions of generally applicable law. In addition, data may be made available to Krzyżowa-Music subcontractors under cooperation agreements concluded by Krzyżowa-Music, in particular payment intermediaries.

Anyone who has provided their personal data for the purposes of booking or purchasing tickets has the right to view, correct or delete their data.

Anyone who has provided their personal data for the purposes of booking or purchasing tickets may file a complaint with the Responsible of the Krzyżowa-Music Data Protection if they believe that their personal data are being processed incorrectly.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the inability to book and purchase tickets.
-
Automated decision-making or profiling will not occur on the basis of the data.
§ 9 FINAL PROVISIONS

Krzyżowa-Music undertakes to comply with generally applicable legal provisions and generally accepted social standards, in particular fire protection regulations and regulations on the safety of mass events.

Participation in an event organized by Krzyżowa-Music is tantamount to the participant granting consent to the free recording of their image (in particular photographing, filming) during their stay at the place and time of the event and during the event itself. The consent covers the use of their image in Krzyżowa-Music materials for promotional, archival and informational purposes.

Purchase or reservation of tickets for events means acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations and commitment to comply with them.

The rules for visiting and participating in concerts at the Krzyżowa-Music are available on the Krzyżowa-Music website.

Entry to the Krzyżowa-Music and participation in the event is possible only in the case of possession of a valid ticket for this event.

Krzyżowa-Music is not responsible for the purchase of tickets from unauthorized sources. Persons in possession of invalid, counterfeit or other event tickets will not be allowed to enter the concert hall.

Krzyżowa-Music reserves the right to refuse entry to the event to persons who have tickets with the same code.

In the case of a multi-person ticket, the entire group must show up and enter once.

These Regulations enter into force on the date of their signing
